Collection: Ghostship Warriors

**Escaping Reality for a While**

Ghostship Warriors is a nonprofit based out of Key West, FL, offering a once-in-a-lifetime adventure for combat veterans dealing with PTSD. Two sailboats, each able to accommodate up to 10 veterans, take them off the grid—beyond the reach of cell phones and internet. Together, they embark on a seven-day journey, sailing from Key West to the Dry Tortugas, 70 miles west.

Along the way, veterans wake up in the harbor of a Civil War-era fort, learning the ropes of sailing, navigating, and anchoring. They explore the water through snorkeling and diving with a hookah rig, discovering a shipwreck 20 feet below the surface. Veterans also fish, spearfish, and explore the fort and a nearby deserted island with a lighthouse. The two boats compete in friendly challenges before gathering to grill out, cooking burgers, fish, steaks, and more. Each day ends with sunsets from atop the fort or along the beaches, capturing memories through photos and videos. It’s an unforgettable experience that combines camaraderie, adventure, and healing.
